Redmi K20 Pro
The Redmi K20 Pro is the top-of-the-line flagship smartphone from Redmi and come with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display on the front without a notch or a cut-out since the front-facing camera is placed inside a pop-up mechanism. The display itself is a Full HD panel with support for DC dimming and an impressive screen to body ratio of 91.9%. Under the display lies a 7th generation in-display fingerprint scanner which Redmi claims is optimized to unlock 30% faster than other smartphones. At the heart of the K20 Pro resides the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform based on the 7nm manufacturing process. The phone runs on MIUI 10 based on top of Android 9 Pie with some additional features like Game Turbo 2.0 to optimize gaming performance. For optics, the K20 Pro opts for 3 cameras on the rear – A 48MP f/1.7 Sony IMX586 primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom. The pop-up mechanism houses a 20MP selfie shooter with a front-facing panorama option. There’s a 4000mAh battery to power in the internals along with 27W fast charging via USB Type-C. The headphone jack has been retained, and for the first time on a Redmi smartphone, there’s support for NFC.

Redmi K20 Pro Price and Availability
The Redmi K20 Pro comes in three color variants: Flame Red, Glacier Blue, and Carbon Fiber Black and will be available for purchase in China for 2499 Yuan for the 6+64GB variant and goes all the way up to 2999 Yuan for the 8+256GB variant. It’s available for pre-order in China starting today and will go on sale from June 1.
Redmi K20
The Redmi K20 is the younger sibling of the K20 Pro and comes with the new Snapdragon 730 chipset manufactured on the 8nm manufacturing process. Rest of the specs remains similar to the Pro variant. A 6.39-inch AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint scanner, a 48MP primary rear camera, 20MP pop-up camera, 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging instead of 27W and the same glass back finish.
